1. Services

Rehbar Design Labs provides design and creative services including but not limited to web design, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, and video content creation.

All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing discussed prior to project initiation.

2. Project Agreement

Before starting any project:

• A clear scope of work will be defined

• Pricing and timelines will be agreed upon

• A deposit must be paid

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule

• Projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 30%–50%)

• Final files or deliverables will be shared after full payment is received

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of the project.

4. Revisions

We include a reasonable number of revisions as part of each project.

• Minor revisions are included within the scope

• Major changes or repeated revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional costs

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to work, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a project has begun.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide timely feedback and required content (text, images, etc.)

• Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed

• Communicate clearly to avoid delays

Delays in client response may impact project timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment

• Rehbar Design Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise

8. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and will not share confidential details with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rehbar Design Labs is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Business losses resulting from delays outside our control

• Third-party tools, hosting, or platform issues

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., CMS, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for their performance, security, or policies.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
